omniaxs collects your email address, username, and gameplay preference data when you register. On paid plans, we also collect billing name and payment confirmation records (not full card details).

We log page views, session duration, and feature interactions to understand which guides are most useful. This data is aggregated and never tied to individually identifiable profiles without consent.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to deliver your chosen plan, send patch-update notifications, and improve guide content based on usage patterns. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

Cookies

omniaxs uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your plan tier. We also use analytics cookies to measure traffic and page performance. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

A cookie consent banner appears on your first visit. Accepting analytics cookies helps us prioritise which game modes and factions to cover next. Declining does not restrict access to any omniaxs content.

Data Sharing

We share anonymised, aggregated usage data with our partner communities to validate build-order win rates. No personally identifiable information is included in these transfers. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider.

Data Security

All data transmitted to omniaxs is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Stored passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a minimum cost factor of 12. We conduct security reviews every 6 months.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Report any suspected breach to info@omniaxs.co.in immediately and we will investigate within 48 hours.

Your Rights

Third-Party Services

omniaxs uses third-party tools for email delivery, payment processing, and site analytics. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement that restricts them from using your data for their own purposes.

Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel and do not log in for 24 months, your personal data is automatically deleted from our systems, excluding records we are legally required to keep.
